our stay at the pensacola downtown residence inn was absolutely amazing! the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. they even went above and beyond to help me surprise my girlfriend for valentine's day. we couldn't have asked for a better anniversary celebration!
The room we were initially given had a strong odor. we called the front desk and they quickly resolved the issue by moving us to a different room.
